MORE INFORMATION ON WTM 2008 FORTHCOMING

2008 REGISTRATION FORM FORTHCOMING

What is World Travel Market?

WTM is one of the largest and most important travel shows for reaching not only the large UK travel industry and press, but also travel professionals from throughout Europe. It has re-emerged as a very strong show, based on the number of business contacts generated from the last two years that RMI has attended.

Appointments: There are no prescheduled appointments at WTM; however, our UK representatives work hard to invite and schedule tour operators, and travel journalists to visit our booth. During the show, RMI and State personnel will be available to make introductions and provide background for the UK trade and media.

Shared Leads:
RMI will provide all participants at WTM with a detailed lead report and general report of all meetings that take place at the booth during the show. These leads will be provided to you within 15 days of your return from the show.

When and Where is WTM 2008?

WTM 2008 will be held November 10-13, 2008 at the ExCel Exhibition and Conference Centre in London.

Orientation and Set Up

Prior to attending the show, there will be a briefing to outline who our UK representatives have invited, what they will be looking for, and who they want to meet with.

We distribute your badge and answer any questions you may have prior to the show. We will also visit the booth prior to the show to make sure that materials are unpacked and ready for the next day. At this time, you will be able to familiarize yourself with the ExCel grounds and hall.

What is the Cost to Participate?

Cost to register is $3,800 per person. This price does NOT include lodging costs. See below for additional costs.
